How long does processing take? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order? We begin processing orders quickly, but email us at ruinette.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Sizing & Fit

How do your pieces fit? Our pieces are designed with a fitted silhouette. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. See our full size guide for measurements.

Do the corsets run small? The Icon Corset is structured and fitted by design. We recommend measuring your natural waist and referencing our size guide before ordering.

Can I purchase the corset and skirt separately? Absolutely, both pieces are designed to be worn together or separately.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? We do not offer refunds at this time. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition — for orders shipped within the United States and Canada only. International orders are final sale.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do? Email us at ruinette.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.

The Brand

What is the virtual dressing room? The Ruinette dressing room lets you dress our illustrated character Luna in different colour combinations before you buy. Find it in the navigation.

Are your pieces made ethically? Yes. We produce in small, limited quantities deliberately so that nothing goes to waste.

How should I care for my pieces? Hand wash cold. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the fabric.
