Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States and Canada. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, email us at ruinette.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will provide instructions from there.

International orders: At this time we are unable to accept exchanges on international orders. All international purchases are final sale. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Final sale items: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  ruinette.shop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.

We do not offer refunds at this time. All purchases are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
