Processing time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times:

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days
  • Regions include UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand

Shipping times: are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Free shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the US & Canada. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Order tracking: Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs and duties: US & International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
